Just announced at Legal Tech in New York this year is World Software's newest integration with its flagship product Worldox GX4 and Microsoft Office 365.
This new integration combines the mobility and security of OneDrive with the reliability and ease of use of the Worldox document management system. This Office 365 integration will allow you to check out your files directly from Worldox to OneDrive for easy access away from the office.
Once in OneDrive, you can easily access and work on your files from any web browser, on any PC, anywhere in the world. The Office 365 add-in will let you use your Office online web apps such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint to access your Worldox system and work on your files in real time.
The Office add-in will give you access to the Worldox favorites, bookmarks and workspaces that you know and use daily. You will have the ability to open your documents directly from Worldox in your web application to work on the files, and then save them back to Worldox in real time. You will also be able to generate brand new documents via your web applications and save those new documents directly into Worldox, so other users in your firm can access them.
