If you visit the PCLaw Download Page, you’ll notice it says version 14.2 is the latest release available.
PCLaw 14.2 is a new release for Canadian attorneys practicing in the Ontario legal district ONLY.
Because of a January 1st, 2018 change in their litigation levy rate, PCLaw has been updated for practicing Canadian attorneys using PCLaw 14.
U.S. attorneys, and Canadian attorneys operating outside the jurisdiction of Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario), do NOT need to download this update.
