If you prefer to read rather than watch, check out our manual, Microsoft Word for Legal Professionals. The current version of the legal-specific manual is always available to Affinity Insight members from the Affinity Insight Membership Materials course. With a chapter a week, you'll become a Word expert in no time. The current Mac versions are also available to Affinity Insight Plus and Premium members.
Start at the top and work your way through the manual. You can skip the default setting changes for the versions other than your version of Word, but otherwise we recommend reading it cover-to-cover.
