Road Warriors and Home Workers… Keep Your Documents Inside Worldox!

Instead of making copies of documents and saving them on various platforms to give yourself access when working from home or on the road, keep everything in one place within Worldox and gain access to them from your iPhone, iPad, or a browser by using Worldox Web 3.2. From a cybersecurity perspective, it is much easier to manage security around a central repository than documents that are scattered all over the place (Dropbox, Box, iCloud, etc.). From a mobility perspective, your end-users will love having everything in one spot because everything is easier to find in one place vs. three or four places.

Now in its 3rd generation, Worldox Web comes with a fully redesigned web server engine and end-user interface:

Worldox UI 3rd Gen

What is most compelling about this advanced build is the pop-up integration that it has with Word, Excel and PowerPoint upon a File > Open or File >Save command.  Where previous versions were a little watered down, this version has features such as Advanced Search, Direct Access, Categories, Projects (.wdl files), View, Upload, Download, Check-Out, Check-In, Edit Metadata, Add Comments, Copy, Move, Delete, and Version Control are all available. Users have automatic, real‐time accessibility to Favorite Matters, Favorite Files, Cabinets, Workspaces, Bookmarks, and Find Templates from any web browser.  It also comes with a new iOS app for the iPhone and iPad!.
