What's new in Worldox Web 3.1

Worldox Web 3.1 new features

As part of their constant pursuit of improvement, World Software continues to update and refine their Worldox Web Mobile product. Following the release of the product in 2019, the Web Mobile development team has now released a number of patches and updates that have now become part of the Web Mobile 3.1 platform.Using feedback from the beta teams, early adopters, and Worldox Partners like Affinity Consulting Group, the Web Mobile development team have release performance improvements to the Web Interface as well as enhancements to the Web Integration Agent desktop installer.

Worldox Web Mobile is an exciting offering from the creators of Worldox GX4, that allows Law Firms and Organizations to create, host and administer their own, secured web portal, which allows users to access their organizations live Worldox data from any web-enabled device, anywhere in the world.

Through tactical usage of the Microsoft Internet Information Service available on all Windows Servers, as well as a usage of a Proxy, WWM 3.1 allows organizations to secure their Web access behind a DMZ, thus providing solid separation between the Web Host and the Worldox data locations, without sacrificing usability and access for users. With the addition of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), Worldox Web Mobile has further enhanced security by requiring a confirmation code via SMS or Email to access their data. The addition of 2FA to WWM marks an important milestone for enhancing security on Web accessible content. The Web Integration Agent available to install through the Web Mobile Agent, also boasts improvements to the integration with Microsoft Office products as well as Adobe Acrobat.
