Worldox Training - Worldox Notify

We live in an era of seemingly unlimited reminders.
"Hey Siri, set a timer for 10 minutes."

"Hey Google, Tell me when the next airing of Bringing Up Baby will be."

"Alexa - Don't let me forget my brother's birthday!"

While not quite a voice-activated digital assistant, starting with GX4 update 14, Worldox has included their tool for setting automated reminders and messaging: the Notify Module.

Formally part of the Productivity Suite, Worldox Notify is the logical outgrowth of the integrated Audit Trail function included in the product. Through the Audit Trail functionality, Worldox automatically keeps track of all user activities within your Worldox environment. That is, Worldox has a complete list of every action taken by every user on all documents that exist within Worldox. Notify provides you the ability to set "Triggers" to notify a list of recipients via email, based on a list of possible actions or activity that occurs. This can be set for a long list of "Events" within Worldox: Opening, Previewing, Copying, Moving, Deleting, Saving, etc. If it is possible to be done to a document within Worldox, you can set a Notification for it. Want to track specific users' actions within Worldox? User-based notifications are available as well. Simply select the user whose actions within Worldox you'd like to monitor, configure what events you'd like to keep track of, and then select what email addresses should receive notifications.

Worldox Notify gives you peace of mind that, if desired, you have the power and flexibility to receive on-demand, immediate email alerts that keep you informed and in control of your Worldox data and environment.
