Worldox Tip: Worldox Search Result Disappearing after opening document

How to Fix Disappearing Search Results in Worldox

One of the most common requests/complaints that we receive during legal software training or from help desk support is that Worldox minimizes after opening/launching a document. As a result, we lose that current Worldox list or search result and must run that search again.  This is a setting in Worldox that you can easily change.  Here is how:

  1. From the Worldox interface, select Edit > Preferences.
  2. Select the Open/Launch category list on the left and change the default value for Minimize on Launch from Yes to No.
