Wendy’s first career was in the insurance business, where she built a multi-million dollar book of clients through strategic networking and thought leadership. After 16 years, she retired from running her family’s agency and started a consulting firm to help professional services firms with their business development and growth strategy. Over the last ten years, Wendy has helped thousands of attorneys and their firms to dramatically improve their origination, realization, marketing, and management skills. Prior to joining Affinity, she was part of a turnaround executive team at DRI (the largest civil defense bar association) to facilitate the refresh of the 62-year old organization. Wendy’s work superpower is generating engagement as a leader, marketer, business developer, strategist, coach, and facilitator. Her favorite part about working at Affinity is being able to help people recognize and quantify their value, and to think and do bigger.
